At AppleBerry Graphix, I take great pride in creating custom pieces that celebrate your most important moments. Because my products are personalized and made-to-order specifically for you, I have a strict No Return / No Refund policy for change-of-mind purchases.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
All personalized party favors, graduation items, memorial tributes, and business branding materials are Final Sale. Once a design has been approved and moved into production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This is because these items are unique to you and cannot be resold.
2. Proofing & Accuracy
I am committed to accuracy, but I rely on the information you provide.

Customer Responsibility: Please double-check all spelling, dates, and photo quality before submitting your order or approving a proof. I am not responsible for errors present in the original information provided by the customer.

Color Variations: Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to monitor calibrations and printing processes.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is my priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit or if I have made a mistake on my end (such as a printing error that differs from your approved proof), I will make it right.

Reporting Window: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You must contact me at appleberrygraphix@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Required Proof: To process a replacement or refund for damage, I require clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

Resolution: If the error is on my part, I will provide a replacement at no cost to you or issue a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times: Please note that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Processing Time."

Delays: I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
