1. General Conditions

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks to facilitate the printing and shipping process.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • My Designs: All custom layouts, graphics, and artistic arrangements created by AppleBerry Graphix remain my intellectual property unless a formal transfer of copyright is purchased (typical for Small Business Branding packages).

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any photos or logos you upload. By providing them to me, you warrant that you have the legal right to use those images and that they do not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

3. Accuracy of Information

I am not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. I reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. Regarding your orders, I am not responsible for spelling errors or low-quality images provided by the customer. I print exactly what is submitted or approved during the proofing process.

4. Custom Design Proofing

For items requiring design approval (such as Memorial Tributes or Logos), I will send a digital proof.

  • Your approval of a proof is a binding contract that the design is ready for print.

  • Once approved, any further changes will incur additional design fees and may delay your order.

5. Social Media & Portfolio Usage

I love showcasing my work! By purchasing from AppleBerry Graphix, you grant me permission to share photos of your completed items (such as party favors or graduation stoles) on my social media platforms and website portfolio.

Note: If your order is for a sensitive event (like a Memorial) or you wish to keep your branding private until a specific launch date, please notify me in writing at the time of purchase, and I will respect your privacy.

6. Payments and Pricing

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service at any time. All payments are processed securely through Shopify; I never have direct access to your full credit card details.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using my site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, or to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
