Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing AppleBerry Graphix! Because I specialize in custom-made and personalized items, my shipping process is a little different than "big box" retailers. Please review our timelines below to ensure your items arrive in time for your event.
1. Production vs. Shipping Time
Every order consists of two distinct phases:

Production/Processing: This is the "AppleBerry Magic" phase where I design, print, and assemble your custom items. This typically takes 5–7 business days after design approval.

Shipping/Transit: This is the time it takes the mail carrier (USPS or UPS) to deliver the package to your door after it leaves my studio.
2. Estimated Timelines

Personalized Party Favors: 5–7 business days production + 3–5 days shipping.

Graduation Stoles & Signs: 5–7 business days production + 3–5 days shipping. (Please note: During peak graduation season—April through June—production may extend to 10 business days.)

Memorial Tributes: I prioritize memorial orders. These are typically processed within 2–3 business days to ensure timely delivery for services.

Business Branding Prints: 7–10 business days production + shipping.
3. Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination. I primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your items arrive safely.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Priority/Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Please note: Choosing "Priority Shipping" at checkout speeds up the transit time with the carrier, but it does not bypass the standard production time needed to create your custom design.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. AppleBerry Graphix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
While I guarantee my production dates, I cannot control carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or postal service issues.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office immediately.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me at appleberrygraphix@gmail.com so I can assist you in filing a claim.
